Our Story
Two Pines was built on trust, reliability, and a shared drive to do things the right way. As lifelong friends, Axel and Mitchell have always worked well together, and starting a business felt like a natural next step.
From clear communication and follow-ups to doing the job right the first time, our goal is simple: make exterior maintenance easy and stress-free for homeowners and business owners across Greater Victoria. Having grown up on Vancouver Island, we take pride in our community and love working outdoors, helping local properties stay protected and looking their best.
Since founding Two Pines in 2025, we've worked on hundreds of homes across Greater Victoria and built up 75+ five-star Google reviews along the way. Every job is still handled by one of us personally, from start to finish.
Meet the Team
Mitchell Saremba
Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Mitchell co-oversees operations while managing the technical, marketing, and administrative side of the business. Detail-oriented and hands-on, he enjoys solving problems and learning new skills. In his free time, Mitchell spends his time surfing, hiking, and exploring the island's natural beauty with friends and family.
Axel Cash
Axel grew up in Qualicum Beach, where a love for the outdoors and adventure shaped his work ethic early on. He co-oversees operations and leads customer communication, bringing a strong focus on quality workmanship and long-term client relationships. Outside of work, you'll find Axel surfing in the Pacific, disc golfing with friends, or exploring the Island.
